Some provinces have updated their web pages with details about your heath care coverage if you are on maintained status, others have not. If you believe you may need to go on maintained status, be prepared. Contact your Provincial Ministry of Health and ask them about your Health Care coverage. If you are not covered by Provincial Health Care, you are strongly advised to book private Health Insurance. You can find private Health Insurance plans that go month by month or for longer. Please reach out to our National Social Care Advisor if you need support with this.
